This is going to be a really short post because dieting is actually really simple. It’s just that most people don’t want to go through the work of eating well day in and day out and would way rather eat a bag of chips a night and have a burger for lunch and then complain that this “eat anything you want” diet isn’t working…. Yeah. So I’m going to cite a study I found which sums up all you need to know about dieting pretty concisely. They took thousands of studies, research papers and the like and condensed all the good advice they found into seven words. Want to know what those words are?
“Real foods. Not too much. Mostly vegetables.”
If you follow that advice you’ll never worry about food again.
